Returns & Exchanges Policy

Custom Products – No Returns for Fit or Preference
All our shirts are made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
Ordered the wrong size or color
Changed your mind
Didn’t like the design or fit
Any personal preference reason
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. To start a claim:
Contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We will coordinate with our production partner (Printify) to resolve the problem. You usually won’t need to return the item.
Exchanges
Because we don’t hold inventory, exchanges are not supported. If a replacement is needed, we will provide a new order or a refund and ask you to place a new order.
Shipping Issues
If your order is lost or returned due to an incorrect address, please contact us and we will help resolve it on a case-by-case basis.

Shirt Care Instructions

Do not dry clean.
Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the print and fabric quality.
